Project 365 ~ Day 15 (January 15, 2009)

Wow, I am so trying to not get behind in this. Today's post is about my little boy, age 10, calling me his "hero"! That warms my heart in a way that is just too emotional for words. I picked him up after school and on the way home he said that to me. I asked him "why" and he said: "Because you are a good cook, and you do scrapbooking which is really cool, and you go to church and you pray. You are my hero, mommy!" Wow, that is a lot to live up to. I hope he always will think of me as his hero. I couldn't wait to get home in order to give him hugs and kisses! What a blessing it is to be a mom! Thank you, God, for giving me this opportunity!
